As a human, I know how much it sucks to feel stuck, alone, or like no one understands. As a therapist, I will hold space for you to explore, learn, and heal from these wounds. You will be able to move forward in life with new understanding and the ability to navigate your emotions.
I have a special interest in Trauma-Informed Care and Neuroscience. I feel it's important to have an understanding of how our mind, brain, and body work together- how they help us make changes and how we got here in the first place.
