I am an adolescent trauma professional with over 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I predominantly serve children and families under the age of 18 and have extensive experience working with young children, teens, and caregivers navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
My clinical background includes working with children and families who have experienced significant changes in family dynamics, trauma, anxiety and depression, behavioral challenges, developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, and transitions into college.
I utilize an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy techniques, and Art Therapy techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I am also currently completing training in EMDR to further support trauma processing and healing.
