I have worked with individuals and couples in various levels of care from inpatient detox programs to outpatient psychotherapy. I treat those struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance use, and trauma. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method and trauma-focused therapy.
I provide therapy tailored to your unique needs so the change we make in sessions feels sustainable in daily life. Together we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to process the past and move forward. I offer sessions in our Hoboken office and telehealth sessions to NJ and FL residents.
