I specialize in PTSD and Complex PTSD recovery, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. I always strive to work with empathy and integrity. My practice is focused on working with teenagers, young adults, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mind-body techniques to aid in your healing and help you discover your most authentic self.
