I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health concerns. I specialize in helping children, adults, and seniors with a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, parenting, anger management, and behavioral issues. I also work with the LGBTQIA population and have spent time during my career in crisis counseling, the school system, and adventure-based counseling.
I received my Master’s in Counseling and Human Development from St. Lawrence University and an advanced certificate in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Buffalo. I use a variety of clinical approaches that target client needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based methods, and solution-focused therapy.
