I work with adults and teens experiencing emotional, behavioral or relationship concerns. Making the choice to come to therapy can be difficult. In most cases I can offer your first appointment within one to two weeks. Clinical hypnosis is one of many tools we may use to facilitate changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
