I have extensive experience in a variety of therapeutic techniques (including EMDR, Gestalt, and Christian Healing Prayer) to help you heal emotional wounds and broken relationships of the past that are still influencing your life decisions, as well as the way that you feel in the present.
I specialize in adults and elders who are experiencing anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, stressful relationships, grief, and other life issues. I am fluent in English and Spanish; and I bring over 15 years of experience to my counseling practice.
