I'm an IFS therapist who is accepting new clients on TeleHealth. Healing Arts is an integrative trauma-informed practice. We create a safe space through non-judgment, acceptance and empowerment. In addition to providing individual therapy, we create collective-care through facilitating workshops, group work and retreats . As holistic practitioners, we address the whole person in the healing process: body, mind and spirit. As integrative therapists, we provide non-pathologizing therapeutic principles and techniques such as IFS, EMDR, Expressive Arts and Integration Therapy. 12 Step informed. We conduct DOT/SAP Evaluations.
We specialize in addiction and trauma. We believe that trauma is the gateway drug. As Gabor Maté asks, "Not why the addiction, but why the pain?" Our ideal client is someone who wants to address any addiction or someone who wants to incorporate self-care in their life. We are here to guide and support you to do the deeper healing work.

Healing Arts is excited to announce that starting October 17 we will be offering an online IFS & Expressive Arts Groups for women. Limited to 10 women. Deadline to register is October 15, 2025. Fee is $50.00 per group. Total is $600.00. Some insurance company's may pay for group. Friday 10-12

Healing Arts is excited to announce that we will be starting an IFS Women's Group on October 21, 2025 from 6-8pm. Limited to 10 women. Deadline to register is October 15, 2025.
