I have worked with groups and individuals, including adults, teenagers, and children; I am also passionate about couples and premarital therapy. I follow a client-centered strength-based approach where I focus on the client’s strengths and help the client reach their full potential by utilizing models such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Gottman Method, Prepare-Enrich, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

I provide support for clients through a holistic process of healing the whole person (emotional, physical, spiritual, & relational), by fostering an environment of safety and acceptance so clients can establish and meet personal goals.
