If you’re tired of surviving and ready to start healing, therapy can help. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents, and I am especially passionate about supporting couples and those preparing for marriage. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, dating struggles, or major life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based, helping clients build on their existing strengths as they work toward meaningful and lasting change. I view healing holistically and tailor therapy to each client’s needs by integrating approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, and Prepare/Enrich, to support emotional, relational, and personal growth.
