Parents often struggle with managing their child’s challenging behaviors. I work with parents of kids of all ages and all abilities to find loving solutions to their parenting challenges. My work is supported by Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), the evidence-based and trauma-informed approach for helping children with challenging behaviors develop the skills they need to manage their behavior. The CPS approach is proven to reduce challenging behavior, teach kids the skills they lack, and build relationships with the adults in their lives.
I am a therapist, parent coach and Certified Trainer in the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) approach by Think:Kids, a program based at the Department of Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital. My work is supported by Conscious Parenting and Collaborative Problem Solving.
If you are ready to change the dynamic in your home; if you are ready for more calm in your home; if you are ready to feel more confident as a parent and have more connection with your child(ren) then trust your instinct and let's get started.
