Therapy can be a powerful way to make changes in your life. Having a therapist that you can rely on, should offer consistent support for those changes. My approach is compassionate and motivational to help you identify ways to positively meet your needs by processing emotional wounds, shifting your thoughts and behaviors, and unblocking your own answers to your growth. I often include a somatic approach to connect sensations in the body to the mind for healing. I see myself as a guide to support your readiness to explore areas of resiliency.
My primary focus is with EMDR & IFS to process & heal from unprocessed trauma. I am a Subtle yoga trained therapist for techniques that are trauma informed and includes Sound Healing. I am also trained in the use of image based projective techniques to help you access & activate your internal resources & intuition when you may be blocked.
I am able to share a 12%discount link for “TouchPoints” (bilateral stimulation devices) to reduce debilitating body sensations caused by stress, & shift from your stress-induced “fight or flight” sympathetic nervous system to your logical, peaceful, parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to think clearly. Somatic Seated Chair Yoga with Sound Healing
We start with seated chair yoga, influenced by Subtle Yoga, and have our final relaxation with Sound Healing. Group's purpose is to work together to connect mind & body to soothe the nervous system and to release anxiety and diffuse tension.
