As a therapist, I look forward to walking with you through this journey to reach your healing and mental health goals. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. I am trauma focused and recognize the importance of creating a safe space for my clients to process what they have experienced. Some of my focus areas include: emotional eating, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, family and relationship struggles, and infertility.
I offer talk therapy, meditation, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy and components of cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to create a safe space to process and talk about difficult moments, and celebrate when my clients reach their healing milestones. I give my clients space to think, and process their feelings.
Experiencing and processing some of the toughest moments of your life should not have to be done alone. Therapy is a great place to begin to learn how to heal and cope in healthy ways, and a safe place to process the hard emotions.
