As a Clinical Social Work Intern (CSW-I) at Serenity Health, I use an integrative, evidence-based approach. I draw from somatic regulation, mindfulness and stress reduction, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), written exposure therapy, and narrative therapy to support emotional balance and long-term growth.
