As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a multicultural background, and Certified Telehealth Professional (TBHI), I welcome adults & older adults into my practice. My goal is help you to discover strengths, resources and regain balance in your life.
I am a bicultural clinician fully bilingual (English/ Spanish) and I can provide treatment in your language of choice. I specialize in anxiety, mild to moderate depression, grief/loss, job and life stress related, and cultural adjustment. I tailor the treatment to your individual needs, based on techniques from evidence-based therapy modalities.
The hardest part of therapy is getting to the first session, but once you take that step you will be happy you did it. For those who want or need treatment but don't have enough time to dedicate to office visits, I provide remote services through secure video/phone conferencing.
