Hi and welcome. My name is Maria. I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults on a variety of issues. My experience comes from over 20 + years' working in psychiatric emergency rooms and psychiatric inpatient units for adults and adolescents. I also have over 15 years working as a school social worker. During my years at the school I worked with both general education as well as special education. I also provided positive parenting training.
I will provide you with coping tools to improve your quality of life. I will teach you how to discover or rediscover your voice. I will help you understand how the past affects the present but does not define you. I will help you learn how to make the impossible possible by discovering that you are strong and able to do anything you put your mind to do.
