Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-Supervisor who enjoys walking through life’s journey with clients. I have always been a firm believer in empathetic listening, providing safe space, and using eclectic techniques) that best meet the needs of each client. Each client is special and unique, so should their therapy approach. I have been working with clients for 10 years, this time includes working with Transitioning adults on the Autism Spectrum, Community Case Management and Counseling in both Community Mental health and Private Practice.
There are several techniques we could explore in our potential work together. I am EMDR trained, Flash trained, and have used techniques from CBT, DBT to help clients meet their goals. I also enjoy working with couples. I have completed level 2 Gottman Training.
