As a trauma informed therapist, I have worked with individuals and groups to help them manage stress, heal emotional wounds and bring into awareness past learning that may block happiness today. Individuals want direct but supportive listening and honest feedback. My desire is to gently motivate, educate and inspire individuals to establish healthy emotional boundaries and coping skills. Individuals will feel motivated, educated and empowered to establish healthy emotional boundaries so that they can positively and productively increase their self-esteem.
Individuals can benefit from my 18 years in the mental health field. Individuals will become aware and introspective into their thoughts and feelings and learn how to communicate effectively. Individuals will build a "tool box" to help cope with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, parenting and job related issues.
Individuals will be offered a prompt appointment and met with a warm welcome. Individuals will sense empathy, encouragement and supportive feedback during the clinical session.
