No two people are the same, therefore therapy should reflect this.

Working with women across the lifespan is a passion of mine. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling & specialize in perinatal/postpartum mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss & infertility. I also can support with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, health/chronic illness, life transitions/stress, & attachment trauma.
