I have a particular focus on supporting women in reconnecting with their emotions, yes even the more uncomfortable ones. In our work, we’ll explore what your emotions are trying to communicate and how to express them in ways that feel aligned and empowering rather than overwhelming or consuming.
My approach is rooted in feminist theory, which means we don’t just look at your thoughts and behaviors in isolation, we explore how your experiences, relationships, culture, and expectations have shaped the way you move through the world. Together, we make space for the parts of you that may have been dismissed or misunderstood.
I also support clients navigating periods of uncertainty, whether that’s transitions in relationships, career, identity, or life direction. When things feel unclear or unstable, it’s easy to turn inward with self-doubt. Therapy can be a space to slow down, tolerate the unknown, and build trust in yourself again.
