Hi there, I'm Maria! I know it can feel vulnerable to begin therapy, and I respect the courage it takes to reach out. My approach is warm, intuitive, and body-centered—I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin the work to accept yourself as you are. Together, we’ll listen to your nervous system, make space for emotions, and gently explore the parts of you that may be asking for attention or care. If you’re feeling ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this part of your journey.
