Oftentimes, this can appear as a lack of energy, loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed, irritability, and loss of hope for the future.
I believe in the power of connection, resilience, and self-discovery. Through a blend of modalities like Reiki, mindfulness, support groups and guided self-care practices, I empower my clients to connect with their inner selves in order to heal from past wounds, as well as others so they can create community and a sense of belonging.
