This group aims to provide education and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. The group is designed to be a short introduction to the concepts of DBT, and will primarily focus on learning skills for distress tolerance and increasing one's mindfulness in their daily life. Sessions will incorporate various references to common Geek culture topics like video games, movies, and anime. Talk therapy, game therapy, and role-playing will provide a unique space for learning and growth.

Executive Functioning for Adults

This group will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies to help participants gain skills in executive functioning. Role-plays, art therapy, and game therapy will also be incorporated to create a unique and engaging environment. Common goals for group members may include: reducing procrastination, improving time management, and learning how to develop an effective routine. Additionally, this will be a non-judgmental and supportive space to explore the impact of emotions and stress on executive functioning, and strategies to improve emotion regulation and reduce stress.
