My work is focused on resolving the original cause of the mental health struggle rather than the coping strategies and compensatory mechanisms around it. While my theoretical orientation is always underpinned by IFS, emotional focused, somatic, core healing modalities and the psychoanalytic theories, in practice I adapt to each person’s needs as the process unfolds. A lot of my clients are coming from high-pressured professional/academic environment experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues.
I believe in transformative power of trauma work, and the capacity of every individual to make sense of their past in order to move more intentionally through the present. My experience includes working with various traumas such as developmental trauma, complex trauma, sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, phobias, traumatic life events, PTSD, DID.
