I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, boundaries, and self-esteem issues. I have over 18 years of experience. I utilize a strength-based approach and believe that we all have it within ourselves to heal and live a purposeful life. My specialties include; CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma Informed Care, Relational issues, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Talk Therapy. I meet my client where they are at, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe it is important to build trust and go at the client's pace.
I have had to overcome many of my own challenges and with support have been resilient. I always knew that I wanted to help people. I am empathetic and understanding and feel that I have a gift of meeting people where they are at. I am able to help people reach their full potential by supporting, listening, and gently holding them accountable.
