I operate within a humanistic-existential framework, honoring the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. My treatment is highly individualized to my clients' personal needs and is offered in an atmosphere that cultivates trust and engagement. My work is fully devoted towards one goal: to help people overcome any problems and live a balanced life filled with health, hope, and happiness. I have extensive national and international training in several evidenced-based treatment and assessment modalities. I conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide psychotherapy for many different psychological problems. Given my holistic background I consider a good balance between thoughts, feelings, awareness, insights, and experiences a crucial ingredient for successful therapy outcomes.
My work is influenced by several distinct personal experiences such as adjusting to a new culture, language, and environment and having been confronted with significant challenges over the years.
