Clients who will benefit more from working with me are complex, sensitive persons and couples going through some kind of life transition, or some relational or existential crisis, who want to understand themselves better, integrate the many sides of their identity, "own" their experiences, and reflect about their life course and ways of being and relating. Also persons willing to heal from trauma, to build resiliency and unleash post-traumatic growth. I have lived in Europe, Africa and USA, and have developed an expertise in immigration, acculturation, and international and transnational identities and experiences.

I use the the modalities in psychotherapy in which I am trained (Humanistic, Psychoanalysis, Dialogical Practices) and the learning I have developed along 30 years of practice as psychotherapist, in a responsive way, to each client’s unique needs, challenges and goals as expressed in the therapeutic process.

I do trauma work combining progressive narrative exposure to traumatic events with post-traumatic work. For depression I focus on rebuilding hope. For anxiety, I focus on reframing inner dialogues, emotional regulation and somatosensory techniques. I offer a deep psychodynamic, relational and dialogical psychotherapy, that last in average from 6 months to 2 years. Clients improve progressively.
