Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the uncertainty of infertility and perinatal challenges. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, stories, and stressors that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.
I work with adults of all ages with a focus on supporting individuals through life transitions: career burnout, loss, relationship shifts, identity changes, and the complexities of becoming/deciding not to become a parent.
I'm EMDR-certified and integrate mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and grief models to support healing and coping. I'm also completing certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) to better support those navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to treatment with a lot of warmth and humor mixed in.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I bring humor into sessions when it fits, and encourage you to speak freely, whether that means dropping a bad word or crying mid-sentence. You don’t need to censor yourself here! I offer telehealth so you can do this work from the comfort of your own home—cozy clothes, pets, and all.
