I am a trauma-informed, experiential psychotherapist, psychodramatist, and coach who works with insight-oriented individuals seeking greater clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose in their lives. I specialize in supporting therapists and other individuals experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and vicarious traumatization. Many of my clients are deeply caring, competent, and capable, yet find themselves depleted, disconnected, or questioning their life choices. Together, we focus on healing the emotional impact of care-giving roles while reconnecting you to your values, vitality, and sense of purpose.
I integrate IFS, DBT, psychodynamic and dramatic therapy through an attachment-informed lens. Sessions are relational, compassionate, and direct helping clients not only discover and understand their patterns but transform them at a deeper level.
