I have a holistic approach in my work with clients, addressing and affirming the whole person and guiding you to reconnect with the inner wisdom and resiliency that exists within you. As a social worker, I believe in dismantling oppressive systems and advocating for social justice and systemic change in our communities. I identify as queer, cisgender, and use she/her/hers pronouns. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex positive, and supportive of all humans who desire growth and change.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma, addiction and co-occurring disorders, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am trained in a variety of models including, fully adherent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment and somatic focused EMDR.
I believe therapy is a beautiful dialectic of art and science and that greatest change happens in holding space for what is and taking steps to realize what can be.
