This includes work with blended families, divorce, addiction, abuse, children, siblings, and much more.
My approach to therapy consists of getting to know you and your personality to ensure the best care that I can provide. I have experience using direct models of therapy where we will work together to set concrete goals and explore the hierarchy and boundaries within your family.
I also believe that treatment should be focused on your strengths and will work with you to identify how to use those strengths to your advantage. Throughout different sessions I may also implement sand tray to help provide a better picture of who you are. I will emotionally meet you where you are, and work on what you want to work on.
