I bring to the counseling relationship over 25 years of experience as a college educator, a research scientist, an artist, and a mental health therapist. I specialize in various forms of depression, anxiety, bipolar, Autism Spectrum disorders in adults, and ADHD. I also specialize in recovery from the trauma of narcissistic abuse and relationship issues.
I use psychodynamic perspectives, spiritual and philosophical counseling to help you understand and define your worldview.
