I especially love to work with first generation professionals and other helping professionals (especially other therapists!) . Together we will explore your unique values, utilize mindfulness &somatic practice in session, and set action oriented goals that move you toward your values.
I offer a directive, compassionate, holistic style that helps you make values-based choices utilizing a mix of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic therapy (Trauma Resiliency Model), mindfulness-based practices, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) . A therapy session consists of mix of skills practice and meaning making through exploration.
