Hi, I'm Maria Littleton! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I will meet you with empathy, compassion, and support as we journey through the difficulties that bring you here. I use a client-centered approach to working with clients in support of achieving the changes you desire. I am here to be of support to you on your journey and to listen to YOUR story. I will guide you to unlock the doors that have hidden the secrets to releasing you from your pain and that which prevents you from experiencing true freedom in happiness and joy. I focus on holistic modalities and modern psychotherapy.
