When working with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship/marital issues or any life challenges we may be working on together, I prioritize holding a judgment-free space where clients feel both comfortable and safe. I work with clients from a variety of cultural and diverse backgrounds and am a safe space ally for the LGBTQ+ community.
I utilize a systemic approach to therapy in which I help you explore how the many aspects of your life or relationship influence the issues you are currently facing. Whether you have experience talking with a therapist or this is the first time, I welcome answering any questions you may have about the process and helping you take the steps toward your goals.
