Hi, my name is Maria Lara I prefer Lupe Lara. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I work to help my clients learn conflict resolution skills to help them navigate difficult periods and build skills to allow them to interact with each other and others in a healthier manner to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life overall.
My communication style is warm and friendly. I adapt to my client’s preferences as I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.
