Everyone needs a safe place to vent, a place where you can unpack the thoughts inside of your mind without judgement or criticism. Stress can become overwhelming, often times it can become paralyzing. Life stressors can cause illness, anxiety, depression and despair. When this occurs, it can be difficult to know where to find help and continue moving forward on your journey. It is often easier to ignore your own needs and focus on others' needs instead.
My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, couples counseling, relationship concerns, and other life experiences. Through my work as a therapist, I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that can be more fulfilling.
