Hi, I'm Maria, and I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, and the emotional weight of trying to manage everything at once. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without fear of judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where your story, goals, culture, values, and pace are respected. My style is compassionate and practical, with a focus on helping you feel understood while also building tools that support meaningful change in daily life.
