Feeling stuck in a web of stress, frustration, anxiety, hurt, depression, and loneliness can be difficult and unsettling. Like a gas gauge, it is important to identify what empties us and what fuels us. With understanding, knowledge, and humor, I assist my clients in identifying what empties them, such as stresses, worries, roadblocks, and other means of "stuck-ness." We also explore what fuels us and fills us, such as change, self-care, acceptance, balance, empowerment, and new beginnings.
In our journey together, my clients learn how to foster holistic wellness, which encompasses health of body, mind, and spirit. My approach is person-centered, empathic, and supportive in order to cultivate a life of freedom, fervor, and fulfillment.
In working with clients, I personify a conduit. Via establishing connection, rapport, and positive regard, I collaborate with my clients to help them get from where they are to where they want to be. Since clients have within them the strength and power to change, I believe they "conduit"/can do it.
