During this challenging time it can be helpful to have someone to process depression and anxiety issues that may arise during the California shutdown. I am currently helping clients process their feelings about what is going on, make a plan for how to manage emotions while isolated from others, and continue to work on struggles they were facing before the coronavirus. Currently I am only taking new clients via phone and video chat, give me a call and we can chat to see if I would be the right fit for you during this time.
