Hey! Thank you for taking the first steps in finding help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years experience working with a wide range of individuals. My passion is working to empower and support individuals. I believe in meeting you at your level by giving you a space to fully express yourself where you will be met with compassion and acceptance. Above all else - I am in your corner. I believe in order to make progress in life you need to know someone is always in your corner to root for you, validate, encourage, and hold you accountable to working towards positive growth.
I tackle therapy from a feminist approach while utilizing evidence based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy. I don't believe there is a one fit for all approach to therapy. Therefore I am adaptable to utilizing multiple therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Reality, Solution Focus, Gestalt, and Person Center.
I am currently accepting new clients! If you feel I would be a good fit for you please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I am usually available in office Monday & Thursdays. I offer telehealth appointments on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
