I am Maria J Gonzales, a bilingual-bicultural LMFT in CA and TX, with more than 15 years of experience. My practice helps clients individually, young adults, adults, and couples with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, grief and loss, Adjustment disorders, High levels of stress, relationship difficulties, and communication problems—Life Coaching. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus CBT, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. Additionally, I also provide Christ-centered counseling where applicable and requested) I provide knowledge and psychoeducation about emotional problems.
