Through the years I helped people struggling with relationships, stress, emotional pain and fear in their personal lives. People not only learn to solve their problems, but also learn to think more clearly and feel better emotionally.
Many years of research at the University of Miami in the area of family therapy, adolescent development and geriatrics has provided me with an extensive knowledge in the area of individual, couples and family therapy. I have been in private practice for the past 15 years.

Groups
Parenting Course for Parents Offer on-line
We will meet once a week on-line for a total of 6 group sessions with a maximun of 6 parents. Parents will learn effective communication skills, behavior management techniques, parenting styles, as well as how to talk to your adolescent about sensitive topics like dating relationships, social media, sexual health, and pressure to use drugs. This is recomended for parents with children between the ages of 12-17. Groups can be conducted in English or Spanish. Total cost for the 6 group sessions is $200.00.
