Living with anxiety, trauma, or chronic overwhelm can feel exhausting and confusing. My work is trauma-informed and integrates several approaches, including parts-oriented therapy, EMDR, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a gentle method that supports the release of shock and threat held beneath awareness. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health, supporting pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and reproductive trauma.
