I work with teens and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, fear, self-doubt, or intrusive thoughts that interfere with daily life and relationships. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ERP, ICBT, and parts work, I help clients build insight, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with their values and authentic selves. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while learning practical tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
I specialize in OCD, BDD, anxiety, and OCD-spectrum disorders in teens and adults. I am OCD certified and a member of the IOCDF. Using CBT, ERP, ICBT, and parts work, I help clients reduce anxiety, build resilience, and break free from patterns that keep them stuck. I provide a supportive, culturally inclusive space focused on lasting change and healing.
