I work with motivated and intuitive women who are struggling with feelings of low self-worth, the “I’m not good enough” tape that plays in your head and a lack of emotional intimacy that feels like loneliness no matter who is around. Women who want to break free from the chains of self-doubt and negative thinking and are looking for a safe and non-judgemental space to develop healthy relationship behaviors, become more skillful at setting boundaries and start getting their needs met. I offer a space for women to be themselves and shed the mask of “everything’s alright” and to explore what makes their lives rich and meaningful.
