My goal is to be able to facilitate a way for my clients to find healing. I want to assist in alleviating their concerns. I have worked in my private practice for over 20 years, assisting children, adults, families and couples. My approach is warm, structured, and practical. I work collaboratively with clients to help them recognize what is driving their anxiety, depression, or difficult relationships, while assisting them in obtaining insights and tools they can use in real time. I work with individuals experiencing emotions that interfere with their daily life. I focus in helping your nervous system to slow down and feel calmer.
In our work together, you will learn how to reduce overthinking, regulate your emotions of anxiety and or depression. You will learn to regulate stress responses, feel more grounded and create space for more clarity and confidence. You will learn to stop feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and anticipatory anxiety.
