Women's Process Group Monday Evenings
The Monday Women's process group meets for 90 minutes every week. The group provides a therapeutic environment where women can learn how to skillfully put their thoughts and feelings into words. The group addresses topics like: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace challenges and more. The focus of the group is on how we experience these things as females. Co-ed (mixed gender) Group Tuesday Afternoons
The Tuesday co-ed (mixed gender) therapy group meets for 90 minutes each week. This group is a combined process/support group. It provides a therapeutic environment where members can learn how to skillfully put their thoughts and feelings into words while discussing topics like: anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, workplace challenges and more. I am a Certified Group Therapist (CGP) which means I've completed 75 hours of individual group therapy supervision and I dedicate a significant amount of time group therapy training every year.
