I have been working with adults who have been experiencing challenges in their relationship with themselves and others due to substance use, codependency behaviors, stress, anxiety, and depression.
I have always had a passion for helping and advocating for others. Throughout college and post-graduation I volunteered as a mentor and tutor. I've been a therapist for 20 years now and continue to learn new ways to help others get grounded, set healthy boundaries, practice self-compassion, and self-care.
