My style is warm, practical, and rooted in feminist thinking. I'll support you in setting clear goals, noticing patterns, and building skills that actually work for you and your life. We'll keep what works and leave what doesn't to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

I draw on a variety of evidence-based interventions, including SFBT and Motivational Interviewing, to tailor my approach to each client's individual needs. I welcome feedback on what's working and what isn't to ensure you're getting exactly what you need from therapy.
