I work with adults and older adults, neurodivergent folxs ( mostly ADHD’ers and Autistic ) , couples ( specializing in mixed neurotypes couples ), experiencing relationship issues , life challenges , anxiety, depression, grieving, losses, cultural trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I offer individual and couples therapy in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
